The former deputy majority Leader of Owan East Legislative Council said the victory of Comrade Adams Oshiomhole was a tall order with APC being an opposition party in Edo State, and noted that if not for the radicality and gladiatorial election-winning prowess of Alhaji.
Abdul-Ganiyu Lawani, the tenacity of party faithful and the track record of Oshiomhole as a candidate, the otherwise would have happened with a myriad of threats and crude methodologies of the Governor and his deputy. Therefore the victory is truly worth celebrating, he said.
Aigbokhaode added that it’s not yet Uhuru for the APC in Edo North and Edo Central given that the Senators representing those districts are Party members, he insisted that until the party wins the 2024 gubernatorial election, is still a joy incomplete.
