According to the government circular signed by Ken Ugwu, the Head of Service, the government recalled its earlier circular of June 2, 2023, on the same issue and warned that defaulters would be met with stiff disciplinary action.

The circular dated June 30, 2023, enjoined all the permanent secretaries as well as heads of extra ministerial departments to bring the notice to the attention of all the workers.

Gov Peter Mbah had in his premier security meeting ordered the cancelation of the MO day Sit-at-home put in place to protest the arrest and illegal detention of the leader of the Indigenous Peoples Of Biafra (IPOB) Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by the Federal Government….CONTINUE READING
