Prince Inuwa Iyodo, the Director-General, is a former aspirant for the position of Governor of Kogi State. He hails from Egume in Dekina Local Government of Kogi State and holds an MBA from ABU Zaria. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the National Institute of Credit Administration, and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He has extensive experience in finance, having served as General Manager and Head of Department of Finance in the public service before his retirement in December 2018.
Hon Abdulrahman Badamasuiy, Deputy Director General for Communications, has a rich political background, having served as Caretaker chairman of ADAVI LGA and later as Executive chairman (2004-2007). He also served as commissioner for Environment in 2008 and led the Kogi State Pension Board as Executive Chairman until 2011. Hon Badamasuiy was elected to the National House of Representatives (2011-2015) and has held various party positions.
Hon Umar Ahmed Imam, Deputy Director General for Administration and Finance, is a founding member of the APC in Kogi State. He served as a Member representing Lokoja 1 State Constituency in the Kogi State House of Assembly from 2015 and later became the Speaker of the sixth Assembly. He holds degrees in History and Strategic Studies from the University of Lagos and brings significant experience in political mobilization and intellectual acumen to the campaign.
Dr Gideon Enema Ojata, Deputy Director General for Strategy, is an accomplished individual from Agojeju Ejule, Ofu LGA, Kogi State. He has a background in Agricultural Economics and a Masters and PhD in Industrial Psychology. Dr Ojata, a former banker, has run successful Security and Human Resources Management Companies in Nigeria and the United States of America. He is a strong supporter of the ‘One Kogi One Destiny’ campaign theme.
The campaign will also benefit from the expertise of Chief John Odawn, Hon Musa Ahmadu, and Hon Moses Ado Okino, who bring their valuable experience and guidance to the team.
