The conclusion of the Tribunal is based on the petition’s perceived lack of logic and failure to reveal any justifiable cause of action, according to the Chairman of the PEPC, Justice Haruna Tsammani, who read the judgment.

Justice Tsammani said he found the petition to be lacking in coherence and substance.
